La mayoría de los monumentos cuestan entre 40 y 100 MAD (unos 4 a 10 €) en taquilla, en dírhams en efectivo. Al reservar online con nosotros ves ese precio oficial más nuestra comisión por completo, pagado con tarjeta, con una entrada móvil que evita la cola de taquilla.
Sí — cada monumento vende entradas en taquilla el mismo día, al mismo precio oficial. Las contrapartidas: dírhams en efectivo y una cola que a menudo supera los 20–30 minutos entre las 11:00 y las 14:00, sin sombra. Si llevas dírhams y no te importa esperar, la taquilla va bien; si prefieres pagar con tarjeta y evitar la cola, reserva con antelación.
Te saltas la cola de taquilla — la que de verdad te cuesta tiempo. Aun así pasas el control de entrada como todo el mundo, lo que lleva un minuto o dos. Quien te prometa entrar directamente un sábado a mediodía está exagerando.
La mayoría de los monumentos abren a diario de 09:00 a 17:00 aproximadamente, con última entrada poco antes del cierre. Durante el Ramadán los horarios se reducen (a menudo en torno a 09:00–15:00) y pueden variar según el calendario lunar, así que escríbenos para confirmar tu fecha exacta.
Cómodamente de tres a cinco si empiezas a las 09:00 y los agrupas. El trío del sur — Bahía, El Badi y las Tumbas Saadíes — es la media jornada más fácil a pie; añade la Madraza Ben Youssef y Le Jardin Secret al norte para un día completo, o un tuk-tuk entre ellos para ganar tiempo y evitar el calor.
Una entrada por libre va bien para viajeros independientes con presupuesto ajustado; una visita guiada es lo mejor si quieres que te expliquen la historia; un pase gana cuando ves tres sitios o más en un día. Si dudas, cuéntanos tu plan por WhatsApp y te recomendaremos la opción que encaja — incluso cuando es la más barata.
Las entradas son digitales — recibes una entrada móvil con código QR, así que no hay nada que imprimir. Muéstrala en la entrada desde tu teléfono; descarga una copia sin conexión por si falla la señal en los callejones de la medina.
Sí — las reservas incluyen cancelación gratuita hasta 24 h antes de tu visita, y no se te cobra hasta entonces. ¿Necesitas otra fecha u hora? Escribe al equipo y la cambiamos.
Depende del sitio: varios palacios están en gran parte a nivel del suelo, pero el acceso por la medina es adoquinado e irregular y algunas puertas tienen umbrales elevados. Dinos quién forma tu grupo antes de reservar y te diremos con honestidad qué funciona y qué no; un tuk-tuk hasta la entrada elimina lo más difícil del acceso.
